MISSION STATEMENT::
The Robert Johnson Blues Foundation is dedicated to preserving the music and memory of Robert Johnson through the provision of art education, competitions and scholarships.
VISION STATEMENT::
The Robert Johnson Blues Foundation is making the community a better place to live by increasing the economic status of the residents of Copiah County, Mississippi through the arts.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES::
The Robert Johnson Blues Foundation will fulfill our mission and achieve our vision by working to:
- Prevent high school drop-outs through educational, and art immersion programs
- Raise community awareness of the importance of cultural heritage
- Bridge the gap between the youth and the older generations in Copiah County
- Increase the levels of self-esteem and positive self-expression displayed by members of the community
- Meet the needs of the community through service and the fostering of new connections
- Bring about community change in the most efficient way possible through the magic of the arts.

Please realize that funding is derived from generous private and corporate donations, foundation grants, and annual dues. We ask for your help and support in joining our cause as a sponsor, or a Robert Johnson Foundation member.Your contribution will help many aging Blues musicians as well as a new generation of musicians keep the Blues legacy alive.
